Born dead now giving others second life
God uses anyone who is willing to be used. He does not have favorites. It’s human nature to judge others based on their outward appearance. But God judges the motives of his people’s hearts alone.
Evangelist Ezekiel Junior Guti is a leaving testimony to this. The disabled Evangelist has been travelling around the world healing the sick and changing lives in the name of Jesus.
EJ, as he is populary known, cannot walk and has a speech defect. But still he preaches and his wife or those close to him interprets to the congregation. This is reminiscent of Exodus 4:10 in which Moses said to the Lord, “O Lord I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow in speech.” But by the hand of God and with the help of his brother Aaron he achieved his task regardless.
We encountered EJ at the Forward in Faith Ministries in Windhoek last weekend. Dressed in a black suit and a purple tie EJ rolled his wheelchair into the Church accompanied by his gorgeous wife, Caroline, to the envy of many single brothers in the congregation.
Whispers went like, “I would love to get married to a women like that,” while some visibly pondered why she could have been married to a disabled man.

While all the whispering was going on in the benches, Ezekiel’s wife, Evangelist Caroline took the microphone and started preaching on how, “Jesus Christ of Nazareth has anointed us to preach the gospel and to set the captives free.”
She guided the congregation on how to receive total deliverance from strongholds of the devil.
As his wife preached EJ could not sit still. He was rejoicing and ululating as he heard the word.
After several hours, not able to walk by himself EJ was assisted to the gospel pulpit. Caroline interpreted to the congregation as he emphasized on the importance of forgiveness. He also discouraged people from judging each other.
“Don’t judge a book by its cover. This is just a house. The original man is the spirit. I am made in God’s image. I thank God I am blessed with two awesome children and a beautiful wife,” added EJ.
His miraculous birth.
Ezekiel Junior is the only son of Ezekiel H. Guti the leading founder of Zimbabwe Assemblies of God Africa (ZAOGA) also known internationally as Forward in Faith Ministries International (FIFMI).
The church has more than a million followers across the world.
According to close church members, EJ practically died at birth for one hour and forty minutes, but was later resurrected due to the power of prayer.
His birth is narrated in one of his father’s book which says, when EJ was born, it turned out that he was a breech birth. Breech births are babies who enter the birth canal feet first instead of the ordinary head first.
“The doctors suspected that it was twins. They conducted X-rays and concluded that it was one baby with an extended head and arms. But by that time it was too late to do a caesarian section and the baby succumbed to heart failure. He was pulled out as a still born baby,” the book says.
The death of the child did not deter the saints from their faith as they continued to pray. Better yet, the nurse forgot the baby’s corpse on the trolley instead of taking it to the incinerator.
Ezekiel’s father says he kept on praying wrestling with the spirit of death for about an hour and forty minutes. “The nurse came back to take the baby away but to her surprise she found out the baby was breathing and called out for the other nurses and the doctor,” said the source
Ezekiel was put in an incubator with concentrated oxygen and it stayed like that for three days until it ran out of oxygen.
The doctors maintained that Ezekiel would die, but his mother disagreed in the name of Jesus. “They even thought she was insane as most of the time she stood next to the incubator.”
Today Evangelist Ezekiel Jnr has proven that he is well able to do the will of God, he is travelling around the world preaching the gospel to the captives. He is currently evangilising in Gobabis this week and will be on the pulpit in Windhoek next week, before heading to Botswana.Source:thevillager.com
